This project was built for LZH Group in Wilhelmsburg, in the St. Pölten district.
Divided into four buildings, including 66 modules, a total of 33 rental apartments between 48 m² and 116 m² were built. The first component was installed within 36 hours in mid-December 2022. The modules for this project are equipped with a modern heating and cooling ceiling, a tiled bathroom and a fully equipped, attached kitchen.
The buildings show the diversity of modular construction, as two buildings are designed with an internal staircase, one with an external staircase and a component with maisonettes.
