For UBM Development, we built four residential buildings with a total of 62 apartments using proven sustainable timber construction from June 2023 to February 2024.
The Arcus City residential development is located in the fast-growing Stodůlky district of Prague. The combination of affordable living in an idyllic landscape is complemented by excellent transport links to the city center. The city center and Vaclav Havel Airport are only 15 minutes away by car.
In the third construction phase of the project, which was Christened Timber Praha, timber buildings were built for the first time.
The project has numerous highlights such as balconies around the entire building, green roofs, photovoltaic panels, smart home system, heat pumps, geothermal drilling, underfloor heating, which is also used for cooling in summer, visible wooden facades and wooden ceilings. Timber Praha is built according to the BREEAM Excellent Certification System and with a Category A Energy Certificate.
