Seehotel Forst

The Seehotel Forst right on the idyllic Weindelsee, is centrally located between Karlsruhe and Heidelberg and therefore offers both business travelers and those seeking relaxation at an ideal place to stay. The hotel's own restaurant “Zum Seeblick” offers culinary delights with a direct view of the lake. We have extended the existing 22-room building with a 3-storey building with 83 rooms. The building, which was planned by Lower Austrian Architect DI Karl Gruber, was handed over on a turnkey basis at the beginning of 2023. Thanks to our ecological prefabricated timber construction and the use of prefabricated bathroom cells, it is possible to complete the entire building in just around 10 months. Thanks to our sustainable construction system, CO₂ Emissions reduced by ten times compared to traditional concrete or brick construction systems. Thanks to our new, modern architectural language paired with our modular construction system, hotel projects such as the Seehotel Forst can be implemented quickly, ecologically and cost-effectively.
