Wohnpark Ober Grafendorf

In Ober-Grafendorf, a total of 168 ultra-modern condominiums are being built using proven ELK timber construction.

The 2 to 4-room apartments are equipped with parquet floors, floor heating, shutters, and a private garden or balcony. Large windows make for rooms flooded with light.

The buildings impress with their architectural refinement and a sense of living close to nature. Larch wood slats provide a visual structure for the balconies and a sun-protected outdoor area. The staggered layout creates extensive, green open spaces between the buildings, which serve as recreation areas and promote neighborhood cooperation. A playground of around 1,500 m² is being built right next to the residential complex.

The Ober-Grafendorf residential park is Klimaaktiv Gold Certified and has received the Energy Globe Award

The first building was completed at the end of 2021, the second residential building in May 2023. Buildings C + D are being planned.
