Semi-detached and terraced houses in Krems

On just under 20,000 m2 of floor space, we are building a family-friendly residential complex with lots of local greenery for Raiffeisen WohnBau in the Krems-Gneixendorf district on a sunny plateau with views of the Danube Valley and Göttweig Abbey. The project comprises 53 semi-detached or terraced houses and 60 apartments as well as green areas with fruit trees and shrubs. In the first construction phase, 28 semi-detached and terraced houses with living areas of between 114 and 140 square meters will be built. Each of the four or five-room units impresses with its well-thought-out layout and private open spaces. Preparations for photovoltaic systems and charging stations for e-vehicles, heating using an energy-efficient heat pump, sun protection devices and a high proportion of green spaces round off the sustainable concept of the residential park.
