For Arber Investment GmbH, we are building 196 exclusive holiday chalets using proven timber construction, surrounded by the Bavarian Forest Nature and National Park. Thanks to partial wooden facades and the use of wood as a natural building material, the holiday homes fit perfectly into the natural environment and score points with state-of-the-art equipment and a cozy atmosphere in a popular holiday area. On request, exquisite special equipment such as sauna and indoor fireplace is available.
The houses are spread over an area of around twelve hectares, are fully furnished and offered in two variants. Chalets are available for four, six, eight, ten or twelve people. Chalet Resort Arberland is managed and operated by Landal GreenParks, an internationally active provider in the management, administration and rental of holiday parks.
All chalets and central buildings are supplied by a combined heat and power plant. Pellet heating is used for peak loads. Photovoltaic systems ensure sustainable power generation. The Electricity also supplies charging stations for e-bikes and electric cars.
In the Central Area of the Future Resort, a Restaurant, a Check-in Area, a Village Shop and a Bicycle and Ski Rental Service will be built.
