Starting in August 2024, we will build a three-storey office building for GEM Bohemia in the Czech Republic on the border with Waldviertel.
Heating is provided sustainably with an air-water heat pump, and mechanical comfort ventilation ensures heat recovery throughout the building. A 50 kWp photovoltaic system will be installed on the roof.
