As part of the sustainable use of urban spaces, an existing parking deck will be supplemented by three more floors of office space. The basement and ground floor of the building will continue to be used as a parking deck.
A highlight of the design is the green flat roof, which is also equipped with a photovoltaic system. In addition, the façade of the building will also be provided with additional photovoltaic surfaces to further increase energy efficiency.
The building meets the requirements of building class 5 and is designed to be highly fire retardant. The encapsulated design provides additional safety and protection. In terms of energy consumption, the project complies with the 40 Plus Energy Efficiency Standard.
An elevator ensures barrier-free access to all office spaces and thus contributes to the usability of the building.
